Room: Single supplement: $1,300.00 per person
Included:
* Economy class flights LA-Warsaw-Prague-LA
* Arrival and departure transfers transportation
* AC equipped motor coach
*Hotel accommodations per itinerary (maybe replaced with similar category)
* Daily breakfast and dinner
* English speaking guide
* Entrance fees to the sites as described in the itinerary
* Gratuities to escort, guides, driver
Not included:
* Items of personal nature
* Travel insurance. Strongly recommended and purchased prior to departure.
* Meals not specified in the itinerary
* Drinks with dinner other than tap water. Other drinks as available at additional cost.
All inclusive tour with airfare:
If you choose a land only tour with us, book your flights from Los Angeles one day earlier than the tour start date. If you prefer our air-inclusive tour, our system will choose the airfare based on the lowest price available with one of our preferred airline carriers.
Disclosure: Possibility of an airfare price increase in an all-inclusive tour with air component
Airfare price is guaranteed only when fully paid. Airline tickets or air tours being purchased maybe subject to supplemental price increases after the date of deposit is made due to additional charges imposed by a supplier or government. Additional sums may be charged to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, and fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. Traveler must consent in writing any post-purchase (deposit) price increases and authorize to charge the credit card or collect cash payment for such additional amounts.
Code-Share Rule with Air / Sea
The airline carrier, which may include the carrier's code-share partner, will be assigned and disclosed at a later date. Itinerary with code- share partner: traveler must check in at the code-share airline’s check-in counter.
Tour Price
The prices quoted in this flyer are based on land tour rates and exchange rates in effect March 5, 2025. Such prices are subject to change without notice prior to departure due to increased government taxes/ fees and fuel surcharges (for all-inclusive tours) and fluctuations in foreign exchange markets.
Documents
All travel documents will be mailed 30 days before departure.
Terms of Payments, Cancellation and Refund:
Payment/s :
* Deposit: $500 per person due upon registration. Refundable if written cancellation notice is received within 14 days from date of payment.
Refund: Valid written refund request will be processed within 14 days of receipt of written request.
Balance of $ remaining after the deposit of $500.00. Schedule of payments of remaining balance:

Mode of Payment:
Cash, Credit /Debit card and Check (payable to JT Travel Service), PayPal. NO 3rd party credit card will be accepted. Credit card will incur a 3% fee.
* Credit: $50.00 credit per person for verified up-front full payment.
Cancellation:
Once the tour commences, no refunds will be made for any trip interruptions, unused services, missed meals and/or any voluntary modifications made by the tour participant. Once payment(s) has/have been received, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Prior to departure: Cancellation Fees:
* 60 – 46 days before departure. 25% of tour price. $
* 45 – 31 days before departure. 35% of tour price. $
* 30 – 16 days before departure. 50% of tour price. $
* 15 – Days or less or no-show. 100% or tour price. $
Refund: Valid written refund request will be processed 14 days of receipt of written request.
